ABOUT RECOVERYSAFE TRAINING SERVICES
Recoverysafe training services offers a wide range of training courses, not just to the towing and recovery industry but to numerous other associated and non-associated industries.
Recoverysafe training services was formed in 2009 and continues to grow year in year out, this is now the start of our 11th year and we are continually surprised at the way the business twists and turns in the training solutions that we offer either as an off the shelf type course or a bespoke training requirement.
It is important to us that all our training solutions are accredited by an external recognised training body so to that our customers can be safe in the knowledge that Recoverysafe are offering the best training solution that is available.
INSTITUTE OF VEHICLE RECOVERY COURSES
We deliver all of the Institute of Vehicle Recovery (IVR) VR Modules light and heavy.
We have our own training vehicles and equipment meeting the industry standard PAS43, and have a full range of casualty vehicles at our own training venue at Deerhurst Gloucestershire starting with Mopeds cars and vans to an articulated truck all these vehicles are put in real-life recovery situations from breakdowns to full Road Traffic Collision (RTC) situations.
We have our own Recovery Vehicles all meeting PAS 43 standards and comply fully with LOLER and PUWER regulations, Students are taught by the best Instructors in the Industry to deal with the real-life situations that they may have to face meeting all the criteria and standards set by the HASWA, IVR, ITSSAR and LANTRA.
We pride ourselves in being able to work with valued partners and have over the past 5 years worked closely with the BHW Group to deliver winch training to the Fire and Rescue services.
COURSE’S TO SUIT YOU
Our courses have been specifically tailored to meet the requirements of each brigade whether it is training on hand operated Tirfor type winches or the full range of Electric or Hydraulic vehicle mounted winches Recoverysafe have a training solution, as with our Recovery type courses our Fire and Rescue courses are a simulation of real life RTC scenarios, again we can deliver these at our own venue at Deerhurst Gloucestershire using our own fully equipped Fire Rescue tender that meets all LOLER and PUWER regulations or at a dedicated Fire and Rescue training venue, all these courses are accredited by Rospa.
We have a range of ROSPA, IVR, LANTRA accredited driver training courses from 4×4 off road driver to Airside Snow Plough operator, in fact Recoverysafe working with a valued partner Dyer and Butler offer the only ROSPA accredited snow plough operator course in the Country and have been responsible for training the Snow plough operators at Heathrow Airport, we also deliver 4×4 off road driver courses to utility companies and the like, across the country and can tailor a self-recovery element into the course where required.
